OBTAINING RETURN AUTHORIZATION

To request a return, please fill out the information below to enter your return details.

REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

A Return Authorization must be granted prior to return. Any products that were altered or deemed to be defective due to installation error, will not be granted a return authorization. All returns must be in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, shipping insurance, and tracking. Customer must provide his or her own proper packaging to ensure safe return shipment to Rago and recommend obtaining shipping insurance. Unmarked packages and/or packages that do not include all information required will not receive credit.

 

In no event shall Rago Fabrication be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
